  1. Lawn Games Gauteng is a rental company located in Garsfontein, Pretoria in Gauteng.. We rent out various Lawn Games and Decor items for various events,

  2. Unfortuantely we do not sell any games.

  3. Our prices are for a "booking period" which is usually from a Friday to a Monday (for weekend rentals). For midweek rentals clients usually pickup the games a day or 2 in advance, and return a day or two after their event.

  5. A refundable breakage deposit for between R500-R1000 will be added to the order.

  6. Unfortuantely for now, we do NOT have any delivery services. It's up to the client to come and collect Lawn Games and return them to offices.

  7. We do try to accomodate our clients as much as possible, so if you need to pick up the games a few days in advance, or can only return a few days after the event, then that is also possible. Please let us know in advance.

  8. We are not a walk-in shop. Demonstrations and in person meetings by appointment only. Address is available on request.

  10. For safety reasons, we do not handle cash on the premises, and we do not have card facilities. All payments are doing via Bank EFTs.

  11. Please note that the photos of the games are for indiction only. Individual game sets may differ due to repaints, upgrades, or replacements. While we make every effort to make sure our games are in top condition and clean, they may have some scratches or dents.

    1. The bookings process is as follows:

    2. Fill in the bookings form and submit the information. You will receive a confirmation email after a short while. The Lawn Games team endevours to answer the emails as soon as possible, and usually within 2-3 days. If you have not heard anything in 3 day, please send us an email too.

    3. While we do try to accomodate short notice bookings, it is not always possible. Please try to book games atleast 1 week before they are to be used. We require this time to prepare, clean, and pack the games.

    4. If the games are not available on your selected dates, or some information is missing, Lawn Games will email or Whatsapp you and discuss and/or modify the order.

    5. If all the games are available for your dates, and all the supplied information is correct, you will receive an email with the quote, terms and conditions, and a road map to our offices.

    6. Read, complete, scan, and email the signed quote and documents back to us.

    7. Payment is required to confirm and secure the the booking. Please process the payment and email the EFT Proof of Payment (POP) to us.

    8. Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

    9. Clients can come and pick up the games from our offices on the day as indicated on the quote.

    10. Modifications to the pickup and return dates, and the selected games are possible, but need to be discussed and confirmed with us as soon as possible.

    11. When the games are returned to us. We require a few days to unpack and check the games.

    12. If all is in order, we will send an email to the client to confirm bank details, and we will then proceed to refund the deposit via EFT. This process typically takes 7 days. Depending on how busy we are.

    13. If items are missing, we will send an email to client requesting that the items be returned to us ASAP within 1 week. If it is not possible we will calculate and communicate the replacement fees with the client. The replacement fees will be deducted from the deposit amount. The remaining deposit amount will be refunded to the client in a similar process that described above.
